Refund & Returns Policy

At Altimas Premium Innerwear, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Because our products include personal innerwear items, returns and exchanges are subject to hygiene and safety standards.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect size shipped by our team

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be unwashed

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • Product must not show signs of wear or alteration

Products failing these conditions may not qualify for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, tried on, used, or washed:

  • Trunks

  • Briefs

  • Boxer Briefs

  • Innerwear Products

  • Socks

  • Personal Hygiene Products

This policy helps ensure the safety and confidence of all customers.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email product photographs to info@altimas.in.

  3. Include your order number and contact details.

  4. Our support team will review the request.

Upon approval, we may provide:

  • Product replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund

depending on product availability and circumstances.

Exchanges

Size exchanges may be available for eligible products.

Exchange requests must:

  • Be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Meet return eligibility conditions

  • Be subject to stock availability

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or refund options may be offered.

Refund Process

After approval and inspection:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Banking timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to:

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damage during transit

Altimas will bear applicable return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and may fall under the return process.
